Our Story
The RegX team knows UAE HR and PRO compliance workflows first-hand — work permits, visa renewals, Emirates ID applications, labour contracts, and the deadlines that come with them.
Too often, all of it is managed in Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper folders. Passport expiries get missed. Visa renewals fall through the cracks. There is no single view of which employees need attention and when. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built RegX — the workforce compliance platform we wished we had. One system that tracks every employee document, every company compliance requirement, and every expiry deadline.
