1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the RegX platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
RegX is a workforce compliance management platform that enables organisations to track employee documents, company compliance, expiries, and alerts. The platform includes AI-assisted document extraction and compliance reporting features.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data uploaded to RegX.
- You must only upload documents that you are authorised to process.
- You must review AI-extracted information before relying on it for operational or compliance decisions.
- You are responsible for inviting and managing users within your workspace and assigning appropriate roles.
- You must not share your account credentials with other users.
4. AI-Assisted Processing
RegX uses AI and OCR technologies to assist with document data extraction. AI-extracted data is provided for review and should not be treated as a final authority. RegX is not liable for decisions made solely on AI-extracted data without human review.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to RegX. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
RegX is a compliance management tool, not a legal or government service. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in compliance with any specific regulation. You remain responsible for ensuring your organisation meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. RegX is not affiliated with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, or any UAE government authority.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. We may suspend access for non-payment or violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Last updated: September 2026.
