RegX is built for three audiences: PRO companies managing multiple client employers, HR teams at mainland companies tracking their own workforce compliance, and enterprises that need centralised visibility across their workforce.

No. RegX is an independent compliance management platform. It is not a UAE government portal and is not affiliated with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, or any other UAE government authority. RegX is built and operated independently by the RegX team.

When you upload a passport, Emirates ID, or other document, RegX uses AI and OCR technology to extract key fields — names, dates, ID numbers, expiry dates. The extracted data is presented for your review before it's saved. AI is used as an assistant to save time, not as a final authority.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where supported by the infrastructure. Each customer workspace is logically isolated — users in one workspace cannot access another workspace's data. Document files are stored in access-controlled storage. Most companies are up and running within 1-2 business days. You create a workspace, invite your team, add your companies and employees, and upload documents. We offer on-site onboarding for Enterprise customers.

You can export all your data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law.

Yes, all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to the platform during the trial.

RegX sends in-app notifications for upcoming document expiries, and email alert digests are rolling out. We are building integrations with MOHRE and other UAE government systems for future transaction management. Custom integrations are available for Enterprise customers.
